“When it comes to Player Development, we as mentors are not just creating better athletes or improved students, but rather our job is to develop extraordinary people, helping them build foundations for present and future success, in all aspects of life. John Williams has a clear focus and structured path in navigating towards that destination.”

– Krys Barch, Former NHL Player, Buffalo Sabres Director of Player Development

“I have worked with Mr. John Williams at youth sports camps and have witnessed his compassion for our youth and athletics.  He has a strong grasp on the need for balance in life and to be successful in all aspects of life.  Balance within your circle of Mind, Body, Soul and Heart creates wellness. Mr. Williams represents this philosophy in his teaching and mentorship.  He is a great asset for athletes and their growth and development”.

– Jim Warne-Oglala Lakota, Sioux Nation, Motivational Speaker, Actor, Diversity Trainer

“As a Former Student-Athlete himself John understands how the skills learned from being a successful student-athlete give us a huge advantage in life, if we can manage outside of the athletic bubble.”

-Ricky Williams, Heisman Trophy Winner, First Team NFL All-Pro

“From the years we spent as teammates in the Canadian Football League, John was one of very few guys I admired as a man aside from the football field. John always conducted himself in a manner that exemplified what a true professional is. I’m not surprised to see his success and mastermind approach to developing athletes as WHOLE PEOPLE which is a passion we both share. I recommend John for anyone interested in a man who is truly passionate about impacting the lives of young athletes in a greater way than their sport ever can. I’m on board with John in this mission!”

-Issac “Ike” Brown, University of Tennessee Football Director of Player Engagement

“John made a seamless transition from the field to the front office. His experience as a high-performance athlete provides him with a unique ability to effectively communicate and relate to members of any team. During our time together at the Tiger-Cats, John developed and executed a handful of community outreach programs that made a tangible, positive impact not only on the organizations that we supported but on the players who participated as well. He understands the bigger picture community relations can provide and encourages the development of athletes outside of the playing field.”
